For Daily-Operations-Checks we review QSYSOPR for any critical or outstanding events, inquiry messages etc., check key system metrics (ASP utilisation, CPU utilisation, queued-job-counts), analyse QHST history-log for key or new events, scan problem logs for new entries, run through low-level error-log in SST for predictive or critical events, and verify overnight backup completion.
